Safe and Vault Opening, Repair, and Installation Services

We Open, Repair, and Upgrade Safes with Minimal to No Damage

At Northeastern Security Safe and Lock, we pride ourselves on being among the best trained, best equipped, and most knowledgeable safe and vault technicians in Southern New England. With hundreds of successful jobs behind us, there is no container too large and no vault too secure for our team. Not only can we open your safe, but in most cases, we do so without causing irreparable damage. Manipulating the dial open by hand is often possible, leaving no damage at all. When needed, we may drill a small hole — typically just a quarter of an inch in diameter — which can be fully repaired once the safe is opened, if desired.

We also service, repair, and change combinations on all makes and models of safes, vaults, and secure containers. If your safe has been giving you trouble, don’t wait until you’re locked out — contact us today for reliable safe opening and repair services.

In addition to safe unlocking, combination changes, and repairs, NESSL carries a selection of new and used safes in stock. As an authorized safe sales and service center for trusted brands like Gardall and Amsec, we can order a safe that fits your specific dimensions and security needs. Once it arrives, we can even install and bolt it to the floor, ensuring maximum protection from burglary and fire.

Another popular offering is our E-lock retrofit service. Mechanical dials can be confusing, finicky, or simply inconvenient. With older locks, you may find yourself crouched over the safe, dialing repeatedly until it finally opens. With an E-lock retrofit, we can replace your mechanical dial with an electronic keypad, mechanical key lock, or even a biometric lock activated by your fingerprint, making access faster and more convenient.

Another popular service is E-lock retrofit. Some people find mechanical dials to be confusing, finicky, or just too cumbersome. With an old lock, you may need to be crouched over a safe trying and retrying to dial open the lock, until the lock finally surrenders and the container opens. With an E-lock retrofit, in place of that mechanical dial, you can have an electronic keypad, mechanical key lock, or even a biometric lock, activated by your fingerprint.
